This is my very first Photo of the Day post! I'm excited about it. I got my first DSLR about a month ago so I'm still really green. This is my parent's cat, Oreo. He is soooo lazy, always loungin'. Since I'm just starting out, I'd love any cc. Don't be shy, anything is helpful... I'm trying to learn!

I think it's a cute shot. The color looks good and I like the DOF. I would've liked to see the paw a little more in focus, I'm assuming that's what you were shooting for right:) This is a nice job esp. for you just starting out you're way ahead of where I was:) I'm looking forward to seeing more:)

Can't wait to see more...I love the color and the composition I would have loved to see a little more depth...but can see the cat lounging:-)
